Hello, Je suis Effie.

Effie Dusoleil (they/them) is a feminist strategist, visionary consultant, and bridge-builder committed to transforming systems and centering humanity in all aspects of social impact work. With over a decade (plus some) of experience across workforce development, nonprofit leadership, reentry services, and global program design, Effie supports communities and organizations to dream bigger and do better.

Their work is rooted in justice, shaped by love, and guided by the belief that sustainable change starts with those most impacted. From leading emergency funding initiatives for undocumented and Black-owned businesses in the Pacific Northwest, to co-creating trauma-informed employment programs with incarcerated individuals, Effie brings deep care and strategic clarity to every project.

They’ve collaborated with social enterprises, INGOs, grassroots organizers, and philanthropic networks across the U.S. and MENA region, always with a focus on equity, courage, and connection. Effie is known for their ability to hold complexity with compassion—facilitating conversations that heal, strategies that stick, and systems that serve.
